Individualized lactation support over Zoom or in your home. Great for first time parents and anyone who would like a one-on-one breastfeeding class. In this consultation I will give an in-depth overview of feeding your baby and help prepare you for the first few weeks of establishing your feeding journey. I also provide you with several resources to reflect back on as well as unlimited text support once baby arrives.
IN-HOME CONSULTATION
60-90 Minute In Home Visit         $85
Assistance in your home with feeding your newborn. Includes help with positioning, assessing latch and offering practical solutions for feeding. I am not an RN or an IBCLC so cannot diagnose or prescribe and will refer to specialists when necessary.
LEARNING HAND EXPRESSION
A relaxing, 20 minute lesson              $20
Learning how to hand express is a useful tool in boosting supply and being able to collect your own breast milk without the use of a pump. Research has shown that combining hand expression with pumping is an excellent way to increase how much milk you collect for your baby. In this phone call lesson we will discuss your breastfeeding journey and I will guide you through some simple steps to teach you an amazing skill you can use anywhere, any time!
